Laid Bare: Murder, Money, and Men in the Desert

A mysterious invite, a clothing-optional resort in Palm Springs, and a house full of attractive men sounds like a fantasy weekend. In Laid Bare, it quickly becomes something far darker.

Premiering this week on OUTtv, the darkly comic mystery follows ten men summoned to a secluded desert resort after the sudden death of its wealthy owner. Each guest has a secret connection to the deceased, and each may have had a motive. As the group learns they are set to split the inheritance, the stakes rise fast. If someone dies, the remaining shares get bigger.

Created by writer-director Tim O’Leary, Laid Bare leans into sharp humor, classic whodunit tension, and unapologetic skin. The series blends mystery with camp and eye candy, delivering a rare mix of suspense and body-positive storytelling made by and for queer men.

The first two episodes are now streaming, with new episodes dropping weekly. A preview is available on YouTube, though viewers should know that the full, unedited experience lives on OUTtv.
