We continue sex week, where we’ve been talking about the intimacy at different stages of life, by talking about sex after 60. From grief, to divorce, to health issues, to navigating dating apps, the more senior Americans among us face several challenges in finding intimacy.
And the roadmap can be confusing, especially in 2026. The sex lives of seniors aren’t usually depicted in media with young love usually taking center stage.
How are we thinking about intimacy in our golden years today? How can seniors embrace this time and even thrive?
